INSURANCE INFORMATION


Many of our patients are unfamiliar with the benefits included in their dental insurance plan. We ask that you please review the insurance benefits provided by your employer to take full advantage of what is offered. 

An estimate of the amount covered by your insurance company will be provided at the time of your treatment, but please note that the estimate is not a guarantee of benefits or the amount that will be paid. We file all insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients, and if the amount paid by the insurance company is less than or greater than the estimate, then you will be billed the difference or issued a credit on the account in the event of an overpayment. We ask that you reach out to our team if you have any questions about your insurance policy, we will be happy to clear up any confusion you have.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you give our staff at least 48 hours’ notice for an appointment that needs to be cancelled or rescheduled. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a charge.
